This small private collection concerned with the Great War, hosted in the hamlet of Tribil, was inaugurated in September 2008. The museum collects relics and documents of First World War military events in the territory of the Natisone Valleys.
The purpose of the museum is that of remembrance of the men who, despite themselves, faced each other in battle in these areas, with honour and respect.
Exhibited in the rooms are both personal and war relics from both armies which have been found in the area, and reproductions of photographs and documents from the period.
Amongst the various relics are some fascinating photographs of King Vittorio Emanuele III during a visit to the Natisone Valleys.
